To ensure a smooth and magical experience, here are our simple guidelines regarding booking times and cancellations:
⏰ When to Book
- Advance Bookings (Recommended): If possible, booking at least one day in advance is highly recommended. This allows us plenty of time to smoothly confirm the perfect hotel location and coordinate our schedules without any rush.
- Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings are accepted as long as my schedule permits. However, please reach out as early in the day as possible.
✉️ Cancellations & Changes Before We Meet
Travel plans can change, and flights can be delayed—I completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know by email as early as possible.
As long as you notify me in advance before I head to our meeting place, there is no cancellation fee. I only kindly ask for your early communication so that I can open up the schedule for other guests who may wish to book that time slot.
⚠️ Cancellation After We Meet (On-Site Cancellation)
Once we have successfully met at the designated location or hotel room, the full session fee (100%) will be required.
Once my time is reserved and I am on-site, that specific time slot can no longer be offered to anyone else. I deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, as it allows me to keep providing the highest quality dedicated service to every wonderful guest.
